Cybersecurity Training for Managers

Security starts with you – lead by example and inspire others.

The training is intended for university employees in managerial positions (e.g. secretaries, deans, vice-deans, vice-rectors, rector, heads of RMU departments, heads of special-purpose departments, etc.). The aim is to:

  • Introduce specific technical measures (in particular multi-factor authentication and password manager) that will immediately increase the level of protection against cyber threats and facilitate the handling of passwords.
  • Recommendations and guidance to reduce impulsive behaviour in mail processing that will reduce the risk of a successful spear-phishing attack.
  • Familiarization with additional measures and procedures (both technical and procedural) that will help increase the level of cybersecurity not only for the managers themselves, but also in their workplaces.
  • Explaining the role of leaders in dealing with cybersecurity incidents.
